كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ومثله) أي: مثل الموقوف عليه (مُقْطَع) أرضًا ارتفاقًا، إذا (أجر إقطاعَه، ثم انتقل (١) ) ما أجره (إلى غيره بإقطاع آخَرَ) فتنفسخ الإجارة، ويأخذ المنتقل إليه ما يقابل زمن استحقاقه من مستأجر، ويرجع مستأجر على قابض.
