(لكن نفقتُه) أي: العتيق (في مدة باقي الإجارة على سيده) لأنه كالباقي في ملكه؛ لأنه لا يملك عوض نفعه (إن لم تكن) نفقته (مشروطة على المستأجر) فإن شُرطت عليه، لزمته.
