(الأرض عامًا، أو) إجارة (الآدمي للخدمة، أو للرعي) أو للنسخ، أو للخياطة ونحوها، مدة معينة.

فعُلم منه: أن إجارة العين تارة تكون في الآدمي، وتارة تكون في غيره من المنازل والدواب ونحوها. وقد حكاه ابن المنذر إجماعًا .
