(ويُسمَّى الأجيرُ فيها الأجيرَ الخاص، وهو) أي: الأجير الخاص (من قُدِّرَ نفعه بالزمن) لاختصاص المستأجر بمنفعته في مدة الإجارة، لا يشاركه فيها غيره.
