كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإذا تمت الإجارةُ، وكانت على مدة، ملك المستأجر المنافعَ المعقودَ عليها فيها) أي: في مدة الإجارة؛ لأنه مقتضى العقد (وتَحدُث) المنافع (على ملكه) أي: المستأجر، سواء استوفاها أو تركها، كالمبيع.
