(ويلزمه) أي: المؤجرَ (مفاتيحها) أي: المؤجرة (وتسليمها إلى مُكتر) لأنه بها يتوصل إلى الانتفاع، ويتمكَّن منه (وتكون) المفاتيح (أمانة معه) أي: المُكتري، كالعين المؤجرة
