(ويلزمه) أي: المؤجر (تبليط الحَمَّام، وعمل أبوابه، وبِرَكِهِ، ومستوقده، ومجرى الماء) لأنه لا يُنتفع به إلا بذلك (ولا يُجبر) المؤجر (على تجديد) وتحسين، وتزويق؛ لأن الانتفاع ممكن بدونه.
