(وإذا رجع) ربُّ البهائم (واختلفا فيما أنفق، وكان الحاكم قدَّر النفقة، قُبِل قولُ المكتري في) إنفاق (ذلك) الذي قدَّره الحاكم؛ لأنه أمين (دون ما زاد) على ذلك، فلا يُقبل قوله فيه
