(وإن اكترى دارًا) ونحوها (فانهدمت) في أثناء المدة، انفسخت فيما بقي (أو) اكترى (أرضًا للزرع، فانقطع ماؤها مع الحاجة إليه، انفسخت) الإجارة (فيما بقي من المدة) لأن المقصود بالعقد قد فات، أشبه ما لو تلف.
