(ويصح بيع العين المؤجرَة) سواء أجرها مدة لا تلي العقد، ثم باعها قبل دخولها، أو باعها في أثناء المدة؛ لأن الإجارة عقد على المنافع، فلا تمنع صحة البيع، كلما لو زَوَّج أَمَتَهُ، ثم باعها (و) يصح -أيضًا- (رهنها) لأنه يصح بيعها.
