(ويجوز عقد الإجارة على رعي ماشية معينة) بأن يقول: استأجرتُك لترعى هذه الماشية (وعلى) رعي (جنس) موصوف (في الذمة) بأن يقول: استأجرتك لرعي إبل، أو بقر، أو غنم، ويصفُها (يرعاها) مدة معلومة
