(ولو اكترى أرضًا لزرعٍ، مدةً لا يكمل) ذلك الزرع (فيها) عادة (وشرط) المستأجر (قلعه بعدها) أي: مدة الإجارة (صح) العقد؛ لأنه لا يفضي إلى الزيادة على مدته، وقد يكون له غرض في ذلك لأخذه قصيلًا أو غيره، ويلزمه ما التزم.
