(وأما اللَّعِب بالنَّرد والشِّطرنج، ونِطاح الكِباش. ونِقار الديوك، فلا يُباح بحال) أي: لا بعوض ولا بغيره، ويأتي في الشهادات موضحًا (وهي) أي: هذه الأشياء (بالعوض أحرم) أي: أشد حُرمة. ويأتي في الشهادات.
