(وإن سَبَق المُخرِجُ) للجعل (أحرز سَبقَه) بفتح الباء، أي: ما أخرجه (ولم يأخذ) السابقُ (من الآخر) المسبوق (شيئًا) لأنه إن أخذ منه شيئًا كان قمارًا.
