(وإن سبقاه) أي: المخرجان المحللَ (أحرزا سبقَيهما) أي: أحرز كل منهما ما أخرجه؛ لأنه لا سابق منهما ولا شيء للمحلل؛ لأنه لم يسبق واحدًا منهما (ولم يأخذا منه شيئًا) لأنه لم يشترط عليه شيء لمن سبقه.
