(فإن كانَ المعارُ أرضًا) وانقضت مدة الإعارة (لم يكن له) أي: المستعير (أن يغرس، ولا يبني؛ ولا يزرع بعد الوقت) الذي حُدَّت به الإعارة (أو) بعد (الرجوع) في الإعارة
