وإذا أطلق المدة في العارية فله أن ينتفع بها ما لم يرجع أو ينقضي الوقت

(وإذا أطلق) المعير (المدة في العاريَّة) فلم يقيدها بزمن (فله) أي: المستعير (أن ينتفع بها) أي: بالعارية (ما لم يرجع) المعير (وإن وقَّتها) المعير (فله) أي: المستعير (أن ينتفع بها) أي: بالعارية (ما لم يرجع) المعير (أو) أي: إلى أن (ينقضي الوقت) فلا ينتفع إلا بإذن؛ لانتهاء الإعارة.
