كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وكذا حكمُ نوىً، وجَوزٍ، ولوزٍ ونحوه) من بندق وفستق وشبههما (إذا حَمَله) السيل (فنبت) في أرضٍ لآخر، فلربِّ الأرض تملكه بقيمته، أو قلعه مع ضمان نقصه، ولا يقلعه مجانًا؛ لعدم عدوان ربه.
