(وكذا رَديفُ ربِّها) بأن أركب إنسانًا خلفه، فتلفت الدابةُ تحتهما، لم يضمن الرديف شيئًا؛ لأن الدابة بيد مالكها. (و) كذا (رائض) الدابة -وهو الذي يُعلِّمها السيرَ- إذا تلفت تحته، لم يضمنها؛ لأنه أمين (و) كذا
