(وحيث تأخَّر الردُّ فيما ذكرنا، ففيه) أى: المُعار (أُجرة المِثْل) لمدة تأخيره (لصيرورته) أي: المُعار (كالمغصوب؛ قاله الحارثي) لعدم الإذن فيه.
