(وعليه) أي: المستعبر (ردها) أي: العارية (إليه) أي: المالك أو وكيله (إلى الموضع الذي أخذها منه) كالمغصوب (إلا أن يَتَّفقا على ردِّها إلى غيرِه) قاله في "الشرح".
