(وإن بقيت في يده غُصُوبٌ لا يَعرِفُ أربابَها، فسلَّمها إلى الحاكم - ويلزمه) أي: الحاكم (قَبولُها - برئ من عُهدتها) لأن قبض الحاكم لها قائم مقام قبض أربابها لها؛ لقيامه مقامهم.
