(وإن وقع طائر إنسان على جدار، فنفَّره آخر) صاحب الجدار أو غيره (فطار، لم يضمنه) المنفِّر؛ لأن تنفيره لم يكن سبب فواته، فإنه كان ممتنعًا قبل ذلك.
