(والإبل والبغال المُقْطَرة، ك ) البهيمة (الواحدة، على قائدها الضمان) لما جنت كل واحدة من القِطَار؛ لأن الجميع إنما تسير بسير الأول، وتقف بوقوفه، وتطأ بوطئه، وبذلك يمكنه حفظ الجميع عن الجناية.
