(وإن كان معه) أي: القائد (سائقٌ؛ شاركه) أي: شارك السائقُ القائدَ (في ضمان الأخير فقط، إن كان) السائق (في آخرها) لأنهما اشتركا في التصرف الأخير، ولا يشارك السائقُ القائدَ فيما قبل الأخير؛ لأنه ليس سائقًا له، ولا تابعًا لما يسوقه.
