(فأخرجها غيره بغير إذنه، أو فتح) غيره (عليها بابها) فأتلفت شيئًا (فالضمان على مُخْرِجها، أو فاتحِ بابها) لأنه السبب، ولا ضمان على من كانت بيده؛ لعدم تفريطه.
