(وإن قال الشريك) لشريكه: (بعْ نصفَ نصيبي مع نصفِ نصيبِكَ، ففعل) أي: باع نصف النصيبين (ثبتتِ الشُّفعة لكلِّ واحدٍ منهما في المبيع من نَصيبِ صاحبِه) لأن كلًّا منهما شريك.
