(فإن كان الشُّفعاء) كلهم (غائبين) لم تسقط الشُّفعة لموضع العُذر (فإذا قدم أحدهم) من سفره (فليس له أن يأخذ إلا الكل، أو يترك) الكل؛ دفعًا لتبعيض الصفقة على المشتري.
