(فإن امتنع) من حضر من الغائبين، أو كان حاضرًا وشريكاه غائبين (حتى يحضر صاحباه) بطل حقه؛ لأن في تأخيره إضرارًا بالمشتري. (أو قال: آخذ قَدْرَ حقي) فقط (بَطَلَ حقُّه) لما فيه من إضرار المشتري بتبعيض الصفقة.
