(فإن أخذ) الشفيع (بـ) البيع (الثاني، شاركه مشترٍ في شُفعته) لأن ملك المشتري استقر في المبيع الأول بإسقاط الشفيع حَقَّه منه، فصار شريكه، فيشاركه في البيع الثاني.
