وهذا معنى قوله: (فإن كان) الثمن (مجهولًا؛ كصُبْرة نَقْدٍ ونحوه) كصُبرة بُرٍّ، أو شعير (وجوهرة، دفع) الشفيع (مثله) أي: مثل المِثْلي (أو قيمته) أي: قيمة المتقوم إن علم ذلك
