(و) تثبت الشُّفعة (لكلٍّ من البدوي) أي: ساكن البادية (والقروي) أي: ساكن القُرَى (على الآخر) لعموم الأدلة، واشتراكهما في المعنى المقتضي لوجوب الشُّفعة.
