(ولا) شُفعة أيضًا (لربِّ المال على مضارب، وصورته: أن يكون لربِّ المال شِقصٌ في دار، فيشتري المضارب من مال المضاربة بقيتها) لأن الملك لربِّ المال، فلا يستحق الشُّفعة على نفسه.
