(وإن كان فيه) أي: الخراب (أثر لملك (١) غير جاهلي، كالخِرَب التي ذهبت أنهارها، واندرست آثارها) ولم يُعلم الآن لها مالك (مُلك بالإحياء) لعموم ما سبق من الأخبار، وسواء كان بدار الإسلام، أو بدار الحرب.
