(وكذا إن كان) أثر الملك به (جاهليًّا قديمًا, كديار عاد) وآثار الروم، فيملكه من أحياه؛ لما سبق، وروى سعيد في "سننه" وأبو عبيد في "الأموال" عن طاوُس، عنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "عادِيُّ الأرضِ لله ولرسولهِ، ثمَّ هُو بعدُ لكم".
