(فإن سبق اثنان، فأكثر إليه) أي: إلى المعدن المباح (وضاق المكان عن أخذهم جملة، أُقرع، كطريق) أي: كما لو سبق اثنان، فأكثر إلى طريق واسع، وضاق عن جلوسهما، فَيُقرع بينهما، كما سبق.
