(وإن حَفَره) أي: المعدن (إنسانٌ من جانب آخر) غير الذي حفر منه السابق (فوصل إلى النَّيْل لم يكن له) أي: السابق (منعه) لأن حَقَّه إنما تعلق بما وصل إليه دون غيره.
