(فإن لم يجد) واجد الآبق (سيدَه، دفعه إلى الإمام، أو) إلى (نائبه، فيحفظه لصاحبه) إلى أن يجده (أو يبيعه) الإمام أو نائبه (إن رأى المصلحة فيه) أي: في بيعه، ويحفظ ثمنه لربه؛ لانتصابه لذلك.
