(فإن باعه الإمام، أو نائبه لمصلحة رآها، فجاء سيده، فاعترف أنه كان أعتقه) قبل بيع الإمام أو نائبه (قُبِلَ قوله، وبطل البيع) لأنه لا يجرُّ به إلى نفسه نفعًا، ولا يدفع عنها ضررًا، ولم يصدر منه ما ينافيه.
