(فأما إن كان) ما التقطه مما لا تتبعه الهِمَّة (موجودًا، ووَجَد) ملتقطُهُ (ربَّه، فيلزمه دفعه إليه) ويؤيده: تعبيرهم بالبدل، إذ لا يُعدل إليه إلا عند تلف المبدَل. ولهذا قال الموضح: ظاهر كلامهم: يلزم دفع عينه.
