(ومن ترك دابة بمهلكة أو فلاة، تَرْك إياس، لانقطاعها) أي: عجزها عن المشي (أو) تَرَكها لـ ( عجزه عن عَلفها، ملكها آخذها) لحديث الشعبي، وتقدم ، بخلاف عبد ومتاع
