(فإن تبع شيء منها) أي: الضوال المذكورة (دوابه، فَطَرَده) فلا ضمان عليه (أو دخل) شيء منها (داره، فأخرجه، فلا ضمان عليه، حيث لم يأخذه، ولم تثبت يده عليه، لكن لإمام ونائبه فقط) دون غيرهما
