(وإن علم الثاني بالأول، فردَّها إليه فأبى) الأول (أخذها، وقال) للثاني: (عرِّفها أنت، فعرَّفها) الثاني حولًا (ملكها - أيضًا -) لأن الأول ترك حقه، فسقط.
