(الثاني: ما يخشى فساده) بتبقيته (كطبيخ، وبِطيخ، وفاكهة، وخضروات، ونحوها، فيلزمه) أي: الملتقِط (فعل الأحظ، من أكله، وعليه قيمته، وبيعه) ولو (بلا حكم) أي: إذن (حاكم، وحفظِ ثمنه) لأن في كل منها حفظًا لماليته على ربه، وكالحيوان.
