(ويبدأ) في التعريف (بالبائع؛ لأنه يحتمل أن تكون) الشاة (ابتلعتها من ملكه؛ كما لو وجد صيدًا مخضوبًا، أو في أذنه قُرْطٌ، أو في عنقه خرز) فإنه لُقطة؛ لأن ذلك الخضاب ونحوه يدل على ثبوت اليد عليه قبل ذلك.
