(وإن كان) الملتقِط (دخل) دار الحرب (بأمان، عرَّفها) أي: اللُّقطة (في دارهم) حولًا؛ لأن أموالهم محرَّمة عليه (ثم هي) أي: اللُّقطة (له) أي: لواجدها
