كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فإن أتلفها) أي: اللُّقطة (العبد، أو تلفت) اللُّقطة (بتفريطه قبل الحول، أو بَعْده، ففي رقبته) ضمانها؛ لأنه أتلف مال غيره، فكان ضمانه في رقبته، كغير اللقطة.
