(و) لُقطة (من بعضُه حُرٌّ، بَيْنَه وبينَ سيِّده) على قَدْر ما فيه من الحرية والرق، كسائر أكسابه (ولو كان بينَهما) أي: بين المبعَّض وسيده (مُهايَأةٌ) أي: موافقة على أن يكون كسبه لنفسه مدة معلومة، ولسيده مدة معلومة.
