(ويُستحبُّ للملتقِط الإشهادُ عليه) كاللُّقطة، ودفعًا لنفسه؛ لئلا تراوده باسترقاقه. (و) يُستحب - أيضًا - للملتقِط الإشهاد (على ما معه) أي: اللقيط، من مال؛ صونًا لنفسه عن جحده.
