(وإن اقترضَ الحاكمُ ما أنفق عليه) أي: اللقيط (ثم بان رقيقًا، أو له أب موسر، رَجَع) الحاكم (عليه) أي: على سيد الرقيق، وأبي الحرِّ الموسر؛ لأن النفقة حينئذ واجبة عليهما.
